A diagnosis of your space and needs emerge out of key factors that are identified from our assessment. Our Residential Needs Analysis determines the plan best for you. Finally, we use a simple 5-step plan to organize your home and then teach you how to maintain your clutter-free environment.

At Simplified Living, we also specialize in the Re-Design of rooms. Using what you already have in your home, we create a space that is uniquely you. You will be amazed at how combining existing dŽcor in a whole new way will transform your home. Re-Design can be done alone or in combination with the Organizing process. It is a natural outflow of your simplified space and you will feel like you have a new home!


HOME STAGING

Home-Staging is quickly becoming the single biggest tool for selling your home quickly and for top-dollar. Our current Real Estate market demands that sellers offer a "ready to move-in" home. Simplified Living makes that easy for you by offering Home Staging Services. As an active Realtor, Amy knows the key elements of creating a home that buyers will fall in love with. Staging sets your home apart and creates an emotional pull that translates into more offers and thus, more money.

Our Home Staging Services can be done as a consultation only or full-service. The Consultation provides you with a detailed report for every room in your home. This report includes where to place furniture, paint colors, accessory detail, window treatment options, what to remove, what to keep and what to add. We will also include the outside of your home in this report. Our Full-Service option provides you with a team of professional organizers and Home-Stagers that will do all the work for you. We create the plan and implement it all within 1-2 days.

Creating an organized office is the first step toward improved performance and greater productivity. Working among clutter distracts you from being your best and wastes the resource of time. Our corporate services include assessing your workflow patterns and systems to determine best use of your space.
